在 build 命令中使用 –build-arg 参数

docker image build -t web:latest  --build-arg HTTP_PROXY=http://192.168.31.113:7897 --build-arg HTTPS_PROXY=http://192.168.31.113:7897 .

为容器设置代理

编辑 ~/.docker/config.json 文件，添加代理配置

效果

全配置了，下载 maven 项目依赖也是 Read timed out！！！
